Turn your home into a high performance machine
Reduce the heat signature of your home by reflecting the sun away from your house with The same coating that protects our troops. Don't call it a paint job.
The Tex Cote CoolWall system is unlike anything else on the market. It actually keeps the house cooler by reflecting the sun's heat and can save you up to 21.9% on your cooling costs, according to testing done by the U.S. Dept. of Energy. The coating is a class "A" fire retardant so you can rest assured that every part of your home that is coated is also protected. It is the only product of its kind that warranties against efflorescence, that powdery, crumbling problem so common to stucco. It is mold and fungus resistant so those splotchy stains you may have seen on your home will be a thing of the past. Also because of its water resistance dirt can't penetrate into the pores of stucco making it simple to clean off. If you use regular paint you have to be use to it chipping and peeling, especially areas that are exposed to the sun or water, but with the CoolWall system you will enjoy the same beautiful house 15, 20, even 25 years later because of the life time warranty against all of these problems so common to inferior products.
This paint contains a revolutionary, infrared heat reflective pigment that reduces the temperature of an exterior wall by 40° when compared to traditional paint. CoolWall can reduce cooling bills by up to 21.9%. It affords excellent protection for the exterior surface of the house so that once applied it will no longer chip, flake, peel or stain and is fade resistant. CoolWall™ earns from 5-20 points for LEED certification.
Efflorescence
One problem that plagues stucco is efflorescence. Moisture is the cause. It is common at the base of the house near planters, grass or where sprinklers hit the walls. Water absorbs into stucco like a hard sponge and will even wick upward. It will then start to disintegrate and it will begin to bubble and crumble away with a salty looking powder. If you put paint on stucco you will seal up the pores and trap moisture inside the wall. Texcote's CoolWall System is the only product on the market that guarantees against this. Although it is water resistant it is breathable allowing the necessary air flow to keep the wall dry. Before we apply the product we remove all deteriorating areas and treat them to kill the cancerous process. We then re-stucco to match the existing texture and then spray on Texcote to the whole wall even 4"-6" below ground wherever there is dirt in contact with the wall so water won't soak in from below grade.
Chipping and Peeling
Everyone has seen paint that is cracking and falling off of a house. Texcote is guaranteed not to chip, peel or flake for the lifetime that you own the house, we even cover the labor for 25 years! Because it is an elastomeric coating it is able to stretch across small splits and cracks in the substrate. Also the large amount of titanium give the coating a strength even greater than what lead provided without the toxicity

Windows are the eyes of your home. What do you see when you look through yours?
Windows are one of the most energy efficient upgrades you can do to your home. A dual pane window can be up to 1000 times more energy efficient than an old single pane window. Whether you are looking for retro fit windows or windows for your new home, GreenHouse has it all. We provide a wide variety of high quality windows, with several different options and styles available from three nationally respected window manufacturers,Amerimax, Ply-Gem, (formerly known as CertainTeed) and Milgard. We have chosen these lines of replacement windows because through our years of experience in this industry we have found that dollar for dollar you're not going to get better windows. You can save a few bucks and get a 'cheap' window. You can spend a whole lot for something that isn't any more efficient or durable. Or you can get the most bang for your buck with one of these product lines. We can provide you with virtually anything you can imagine for your window needs. Whether you are looking for efficiency or styling, quality construction or ease of use, you will love what our windows will do to change how your home looks and feels.
Trapping and maintaining circulating air drastically improves the energy efficiency of a home. GreenHouse offers three nationally recognized brands of dual pane windows, Amerimax, Ply Gem, and Milgard, which effectively reduce the amount of energy lost by a home. Ply Gem offers a variety of sliders, single and double hung vinyl windows, along with sliding and French-style vinyl doors. Milgard, which has been in business for 51 years, offers a full array of vinyl and aluminum windows as well as doors to suit discriminating homeowners’ tastes. While many window companies are simply distributors of another company’s products, Milgard is a vertically-integrated window and patio door manufacturer. To ensure top quality from start to finish, Milgard begins by precisely controlling the vinyl compound formulation to withstand harsh climate conditions. The company extrudes its own frame material, and fabricates all vinyl windows and doors to order, ensuring the tightest control over quality.

Tax credits for window replacement
On February 17, 2009, the The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was signed into law. It provides a one-time tax credit for qualifying energy efficient home improvement products. Taxpayers purchasing replacement windows in 2009 and 2010 that meet specific energy efficiency requirements are eligible for 30% of the amount as a tax credit up to $1,500 for the years of 2009 and 2010. The criteria for qualifying windows is stringent. Not all windows companies make their windows to these strict levels. GreenHouse will insure that you will be able to maximize your rebate.

If silence is golden, then noise reduction, fire resistance, and thermal insulation must be platinum. Introducing Green Fiber.
A well-insulated home allows homeowners to lower their energy costs year round. GreenHouse offers customers GreenFiber insulation which can save a homeowner up to 26% in heating and cooling costs versus an uninsulated home.
Installing a blown-in insulation like GreenFiber is the only cost effective way to insulate an existing home. Simply drill some small holes through either the drywall or stucco, pump the insulation into the walls and attic, and then patch over it. The whole process only takes a few days and you now have a fully insulated home. When you are done you won't see a difference from insulating your home but you will feel it!
When you consider the added benefits this product provides other types of insulation just don't make the grade. GreenFiber is a Class "A" fire retardant. This negates the need for fire blocking in the walls, it can protect against embers coming in through attic vents and can provide protection around electrical connections.
The dense, non-compressing short cellulose fibers dampen sound too. Not only can this be usefull to keep outside noises from getting in but is also great to block sound from getting in or out of individual rooms if also used on interior walls.
The material is made of 85% recycled, post-consumer paper. It is shipped to its distributors within a 500 mile radius of the manufacturing plant to limit fuel use in transportation. They operate their facility during "off peak" electrical hours to reduce demand during critical energy use hours. GreenFiber is an outstanding example of how a company can be green through every step of their business. This is why we are so proud to offer this smart product.
