Exteriors
GreenHouse is a factory dealer of Tex-Cote® SUPER•COTE™COOLWALL® that contains a revolutionary, infrared heat reflective pigment that is available in a wide variety of colors. This product has been shown to reduce the exterior temperature of your homes’ walls by up to 40ºF when compared to traditional paint. Reducing the exterior temperature of your house will result in a lower temperature inside your house. GreenHouse is a fully certified and licensed B General Contractor by the California State License Board (www.cslb.ca.gov) which allows us to provide a full range of exterior services including all stucco needs, wood replacement, gutters, garage doors, and roofing.
